We ship all orders from London, UK using Royal Mail Track. Depending on which option you chose from, they might take 24 or 48 hours to reach you. Delivery details and tracking will be provided in your confirmation email.

Your package is shipped via Royal Mail - tracking details are sent to you once your order has been shipped. If the package gets lost in transit, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. 

Once the package is marked Delivered, we cannot refund or replace the order.

For packages lost due to an address mistake, we can refund the shipment cost only if the return to sender delivers the package back to us.

Upon shipment of your package, you will receive an email containing your package shipment information and a link to track the package with Royal Mail. If you did not provide an email address on the order, your tracking will be sent via text message.

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

How it works:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping (there is a £5 flat fee for the return shipping which will be deducted from the refund amount you will receive in your bank account)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Refunds for the item's cost minus shipping will reappear in your bank account within 5-10 business days of processing. Original and return shipping costs are not included in the refund amount.

2-3 months depending on usage and care. To keep the file and polisher working at their best, rinse in warm soapy water and use a soft brush to remove any built-up. Gently pat dry and add this cleaning care step to your ritual so they can last longer.

We recommend that you grow your nails back to their normal state before re-shining with the buffer. It all depends on how fast your nails are growing, but this usually takes 1-2 weeks.

Nails have a few cell layers of extremely hard keratin. The polisher removes the superficial layer, creating a shiny effect. To ensure that your nails retain their thickness, allow for them to grow back completely before using the polisher again. Everyone is different, so it can take up to 4 weeks for the nail to grow.
